Due to the extremely varied shapes and sizes of our X Series range, we cannot currently offer shipping rates at the checkout. Once your order has been processed, we will send you a shipping invoice. This invoice must be paid prior prior to us sending out your X Series order.

Stax Climbing is based in Fremantle, WA. We ship to every state and territory in Australia. If you’re based in New Zealand and would like to order, please contact us first so that we can provide you with a solid shipping estimate.

How We Ship:

We use a courier aggregate to get the cheapest rates available for local and inter-state shipping. Unfortunately Auspost does not accommodate large boxes.

When packing your order, we keep a few things in mind:

1) We make sure your package conforms to the expectations of the courier service

2) We aim to keep transport costs as low as possible. This means low box dimensions, low weights and of course no forklifts!

3) We work to reduce our packaging waste and recycle packaging wherever possible

Small Quantity Orders (AU):

In most cases, we recommend allocating an additional $100-$300 to your holds budget for shipping.

Large Quantity/Bulky Orders (AU):

We recommend allocating an additional $300-$500 to your holds budget for shipping.
